Introduction
Abandoned cart emails are recall emails sent when a user abandons a purchase or abandons an order. The system intelligently sends emails for repurchase reminders by analyzing user preferences and leftover items. This personalized recall strategy improves user experience and promotes re-purchase. With customized recommendations and offers, stores are able to re-engage user attention and increase sales conversions.
Detailed Settings
- Strategy Selection: Abandoned Cart Recall emails are divided into 4 emails, each with a different title and content, and you can view the different emails by switching between them.
- Title: The system has built-in email title, you can also modify the title or change it by refreshing the button.
- Email content: the system has built-in email content, you can modify the content of the email or change it by refreshing the button.
- Coupon: Coupon default reads the preset content of the coupon, you can also choose to use a new coupon for change
- Button text: you can use the default text or change the text on your own.
- Products in the mail: the products in the preview are examples of display, the actual products that users see are related to their own purchases, so there is no need to adapt here.
- Send a test e-mail: enter your own e-mail, you can send a test e-mail to check the content of the mail
