Account management is the management of the entire backend system, including: store, credit card, billing records, and user four parts.
Stores
A store is a division of the account owner's authority over that store, which can be one store or multiple stores.
- Store: the name of the store, which can be one store or multiple stores.
- Role Permission: The permission of the current account on the store, if the store is installed by this account, it will be “Own” permission, if the store is assigned by other account, it will be “Manage” permission.
- Platform domain: the main domain name of the store.
- Installation date: When Fintouch was actually installed.
- Authorization/Access: “Authorization” is displayed for stores that have not installed the Fintouch plugin successfully; “Access” is displayed for stores that have installed the Fintouch plugin successfully.
- Add a new store: When the same account needs to manage multiple stores, you can realize the concept of logging into an account to manage multiple stores by clicking on “Add a new store” to install multiple stores.
Credit card
If there is no credit card added to your account, the system will display “Add Credit Card”, click Add Credit Card to add it.
Fintouch support credit card types are: support: VISA card, Mastercard Mastercard, American Express American Express card; (China UnionPay is not supported)
Once the credit card has been added successfully, the added credit card will be displayed and the card number will be encrypted automatically. If you want to change the credit card, click “Change” to adjust it.
Billing records
The billing record is the record of purchasing Fintouch package, you can easily view the purchase record as well as download invoice
Collaborators
Collaborators means that other partners can be added to run a particular store together.
- Collaborators:Invitation by email
- Manage Stores: Which stores can the collaborators manage?
- Permissions: the permissions of the invited user's corresponding store, may be the administrator or owner
- Time of joining: specific time of joining
- Revoke: Remove the collaborator's administrator privileges for the store
- Invite collaborators: add other collaborators, invite them by email, and assign them to the stores they can manage.
