A. Support: VISA, Mastercard, American Express; (China UnionPay does not support)

Q. Can I log in to more than one store backend at the same time?

A. Yes, Fintouch supports one account to log in multiple store backends at the same time. You can switch between them directly in [Account Management]-->[Stores].

Q. Can I invite more than one member to manage a store at the same time?

A. Yes, Fintouch supports assigning a store to multiple members for management. You can add multiple users in [Account Management] --> [Users].

Q. Where can I download invoice?

A. Click [Account Management]-->[Billing History] to find the corresponding invoice to download.
