Data overview

The data overview is divided into two main sections: one showing Fintouch sales; the other showing Fintouch subscriptions.

Time filtering

• Yesterday: According to your time zone settingsfrom 00:00:00 yesterday in that time zone, as of 23:59:59 yesterday.
• This week: According to your time zone settings, from 00:00:00 on Monday in that time zone, as of the current time.
• Last 7 days: Start time is 00:00:00 on the 7th day before the day your time zone is set, end time is current time
• Last week: from 00:00:00 on Monday in that time zone, up to 23:59:59 on Sunday, according to your time zone settings
• This month: from 00:00:00 on the 1st day of the month, as of the current time, according to your time zone.
• Last 30 days: from 00:00:00 on the 30th day prior to the day set by your time zone, ending at the current time.
• Last month: from 00:00:00 on the 1st day of the month in which your time zone is set, ending at 23:59:59 on Sunday.

Data

• Fintouch Total Revenue: the sum of transactions generated by emails  via Fintouch, rounded to 2 decimal places.
• Fintouch Total Orders: the sum of orders generated by emails  via Fintouch.
• Fintouch Sales Percentage = Fintouch Total Revenue ➗ Total Store Revenue.
• Smart Send Sales: the sum of transactions generated by emails and SMS sent through the Smart Send section in Fintouch, rounded to 2 decimal places.
• Smart Send Orders: the sum of orders generated by emails via the Smart Send section of Fintouch.
• Segment Sales: the sum of transactions generated by emails  via the Segment Sales section of Fintouch, rounded to 2 decimal places.
• Segment Orders: the sum of orders generated by emails via the Segment send Orders section of Fintouch.
• Element Send Sales: the sum of transactions generated by emails via the Element Sned section of Fintouch, rounded to 2 decimal places.
• Element Send Orders: the sum of orders generated by emails via the Element Send section of Fintouch.
• Total Store Revenue: the overall revenue of the store, rounded to 2 decimal places.
• Store total orders: the number of all orders in the store

Fintouch Subscription

Data

• Number of subscribed mailboxes: number of mailboxes collected by subscribed popups.
• Total number of emails that can be sent: total number of emails in contacts - number of error emails - number of unsubscribed emails - number of complaint emails
