Q. I have charged multiple sending packages, what is the order of use?
A. When multiple sending packages exist at the same time, the system prioritizes the use of the sending package that was charged first and the one that is about to expire based on the time of chargement.
Q. How to add sender email, can it be gmail email?
A. Yes, but it is recommended that the domain name of the sender's email address should be consistent with the main domain name of the site, e.g., the store address is https://www.site.com, the email is xxx@site.com
Q. How does Fintouch do attribution?
A. The attribution can be customized. By default, the attribution is based on the emails that have opened Fintouch within 7 days, or you can modify it individually by clicking [Store Settings]-->[Sales Attribution] to change it independently.
- Subscription attribution : you can customize the length of time you choose to attribute.
- Email attribution: You can choose whether to attribute by clicking on the email or by opening the email.
Q. What does the sender's name mean?
A. The sender name is the name of the store used to send the email. For example, if the link to the store is www.Fintouch.com and the name of the store is Fintouch, then the sender's name is: Fintouch .
Q. Does sending emails support other language versions besides English?
A. Supported, Fintouch currently supports the following language versions: German, French, Spanish, Italian, Arabic, Japanese, Korean. To change the language, please contact Fintouch customer service.
