What should I do if I don't receive the verification email?

When verifying the sender's mailbox, you cannot receive the verification e-mail or cannot verify the mailbox, refer to the following contents:

1. When verifying the email address, it is recommended to use the email address corresponding to the store domain 

The email requirements should be consistent with the email of the main domain of the store. For example, the main domain of the store is www.site.com and the sender email is xxxx@site.com.

2. What should I do when I can't receive the verification email when verifying my email address?

(1) Check if the email is in the junk mailbox? If it is in the junk mailbox, you can move it out of the junk mailbox for verification.

(2) add this email noreply@Fintouch.com to the whitelist of the verified mailboxes.
