Welcome Email

Introduction

Welcome email is an email sent after a user has successfully subscribed. It welcomes the new subscriber with a friendly greeting and guides them through the purchase quickly.

Detailed Settings

  • Email headers: Fintouch has built-in email headers, but the headers can be modified on your own, or you can use the refresh button to keep changing the content of other headers.
  • banner:The campaign banner for the welcome email is already built-in, and you can change the content of the banner on your own. Usually the jump link is the store's homepage address
  • Email content: Fintouch has a built-in email content, but the content of the email can also be modified on your own, also through the refresh button to change the content.
  • Coupon: The coupon in the welcome email cannot be modified in the email, the coupon comes from the subscription pop-up, there are multiple subscription strategies in the subscription pop-up, users subscribe to different popup, so the coupon is not the same as the one they see in the email.
  • Button: button refers to guide the user to place an order, with a sense of call, the general button of the jump link for the store's home page address
  • Activity description: Activity description is the activity text when recommending products, the content of the text can be modified on your own.
