If you have completed the steps to validate your domain name and it still shows unvalidated, there may be several reasons why this is happening:
- Domain name resolution has not yet taken effect: Domain name resolution may take some time to take effect. Usually, domain name resolution takes a few minutes to a few hours. Please be patient and wait for some time, then check the validation status again.
- Validation records are set incorrectly: Please make sure that you have set the CNAME records of SPF and DKIM correctly. Check if the hostname, record value and record type of the record are correct. If you are using a different domain registrar or DNS service provider, please refer to their documentation or contact their support team for the exact setup procedure.
- Validation records have not been propagated to all DNS servers: The process of domain name resolution requires validation records to be propagated to DNS servers around the globe. This process may take some time, so you may need to wait for a while until the validation records are valid on all DNS servers.
- If you confirm that you have set up the validation records correctly and have waited long enough, but it still shows unvalidated, please contact Mailsturb staff or the support team of your domain name registrar or DNS service provider, who can help you to solve the problem.
