Introdction
The segment send strategy cleverly stratifies the users, realizing the use of different operation schemes for different tiers of users and achieving the purpose of fine-tuned operation. With strong flexibility and adjustability, it enables the marketing team to quickly adjust and optimize the email strategy according to market changes and business needs to adapt to different promotion goals and strategies.
User Split
Segment send is divided into Intelligent user-sourcing and the existing tagged users.
Intelligent user-sourcing
Intelligent user-sourcing means that Fintouch categorizes the users into highly active, moderately active, and generally active users based on their activity level, and displays them in the form of a pull-down bar. By sliding the pull-down bar, you can determine which users to send to and the number of people to send to. The number of people in each users is automatically matched to the spend. This intelligent selection feature allows users to more accurately select target groups and improve marketing results.

Tagged users
Tagged users means that the system will automatically synchronize the tags of the contacts to the Segment Sending board. This allows us to autonomously select tags as needed and send emails to the specified tags. Again, the number of each users is automatically matched to the spend.

Email Editing
- Strategy name: the name of the email sending strategy, you can fill in according to the purpose and content of sending this email.

- Email Title: Fill in the email title according to the content of this email, you can also choose a suitable email title from Fintouch's title library.

- Email Summary: A general description of the content of the email, which will be reflected in the mailing list.

- UTM parameter: you can set the utm parameter separately for easy checking, if it is not set, Fintouch will auto-populate the utm parameter.

- Select Coupons: you can use coupons or not use coupons. If you use a coupon, you can add a new coupon or use other built-in coupons

- Select Email Templates: The templates are divided into Fintouch templates and My Templates; Fintouch templates are divided according to festivals, so that you can select the appropriate email template according to the current festivals when sending emails; My Templates are the email templates saved by yourself for the next time you send emails.

After selecting the template, you will enter the email editing process, you can see the instructions on how to use the editor.
- Sending time: you can choose to send immediately or send later. Send now: you can send the email right now; send later: you can choose the time you want to send the email according to the time zone.

Send data
Introduction
Sending data is the data generated by each email strategy, you can clearly see the sending users, sending time, sending status, number of sends, number of opens, number of clicks, sales, estimated spending and estimated ROI. If you want to look at the specific data you can click on [View Report] to view.
In view of the detailed data of the report, additional open rate, click-through rate, customer unit price, as well as the heat map analysis of the email and the click-through analysis of each section of the email are also added.
Data Viewing Instructions
Segment sends data for all strategies are viewed in the send data panel

- Filtering status: Select different status to view the email data and delivery status under this status.

- Filter Date : Select a time to search for sent emails under a certain period of time.

- Modify the status of emails: you can edit or delete the emails in the draft; you can terminate the status of the emails being sent; you can view the data report of the emails that have been sent.


- Data report: you can view the detailed data of each email and the data of user behavior
