- Importing emails refers to importing other emails through Excel, click to download the batch import template, you need to strictly follow the format given in the template to import.
- Import Contacts - Upload Files - Select the user files that need to be uploaded this time, the supported import formats are: .xls, .xlsx, .csv (UTF-8). When you start uploading, it will show “In Progress”.
- The file was uploaded successfully and you can see a “Completed” entry in the upload log.
List Status View
[In Progress] When the user group has upload records with the status of “In Progress”, you can see the status in the list.
[Completed] The status of “Completed” is directly displayed.
Upload Failed] When the latest upload record in the user group's upload record is failed, the list will be updated with a reminder that the upload failed. Do not panic at this time upload failure is due to unknown system reasons for the offline upload data need to be re-uploaded or contact the technical staff to check the upload failure.
